    Its a never ending cycle, both Drake and Sean rap laid back and both styles can co-exist in my opinion just listen to All Of The Lights Remix and Made.

  60. Donn says:

    Exactly, Drake said his heroes were Jay-Z, Nas and Wayne. I don’t think i’ve ever heard Big Sean sing a song like Find Your Love, or Little Bit or A Night Off.

    Call me when Big Sean makes an RnB record and then i’ll say Drake probably bit his style, but other than that, their both dope and are probably gonna collab on the album just like Cole and Drake. Leave it to fans to always try and put artist against each other when the artist themselves are collabing lol

    i aint mad especially for a single…not his best but still solid for a single. Catchy enough for the females and still witty lines for the dudes.

  64. Citylivin' says:

    @Donn
    maybe instead of waiting for songs to premiere on RR and then say “oh this shit goes hard.” You should probably,shit i don’t know, LISTEN to his recent mixtape….you want a R&B type trake go look up “Crazy” & “Almost Wrote You A Love Song” & “Too Fake”…..do you even know how Drake was rapping b4 he stole Big Sean’s flow or listened to pre-Young Money mixtapes?…i doubt it.

  65. Donn says:

    @CityLivin’,

    Haha, how you gon’ try to school me on Big Sean’s old shit then assume I don’t know about Drake’s old shit

    Comeback Season, Room For Improvement when he was on his Slum Village shit. Relax. Thats like saying go back and listen to Jay-Z in 1995 when he used to rap fast and say oh he raps different now. Of course artist rap different when they evolve and grow. Go back and listen to Em then and listen to him now, no more shoving shit up his asshole and talking about raping little kids.

  66. Citylivin' says:

    @Donn
    again,you’re comparing Drake to legends and the nigga just started….Em & Jay didn’t have to change but they did….they gotta cult following….so why the fuck is Drake changing before his first album?….gonna end up like 50 all his fans want him to go back to rapping like when he first started.

  67. Donn says:

    @CityLivin’

    Your basing that on blog comments lol. 50 Cent should go back to rapping the way he did 10yrs ago because some commenters on a rap blog said so. LOL. That should be the opposite of what artists should do. 50’s second biggest record after In Da Club was “Ayo Technology” with Justin Timberlake and Timbaland, look it up.

    Kanye said it on VH1 Storytellers, fans want artist to make the same album for four years, but where is the evolution in that?? You want four Reasonable Doubts, Four College Dropouts, Four Illmatics, four Ready To Die’s. Sorry, its 2011.

    I love you like a fat kid love cake…-50 Cent

    That’s the 50 you want huh lmfao. FOH…

  68. Citylivin' says:

    LOL…first of all i’m not a 50 fan…so you got ask the 50 stans that question…second of all…that’s sarcasm from artists your falling victim too….do u REALLY think ALL of Kanye’s fans like the music he puts out? As well as Jay-Z….a big number of them still want that first album feel because that’s what made the fan like them in the first place…they know what niggas is talking about, they’re getting POPish….let’s go back to 50, real niggas can’t HONESTLY say they be bumping that “Ayo Technology” shit.

  69. Citylivin' says:

    nice way too “moonwalk” out of the convo when you realize that you’re losing by bashing the majority of hip-hop fans on this site who use the term “real niggas”…Thus, trying to make yourself seem more intelligent because YOU don’t use the term “real niggas”…the same artists you “claim” you listen to use the word “real niggas”(J.Cole,DRAKE,Jay-Z) and they’re some intelligent muthafuckas…
    ……so take this FUCK YOU message with and you and let me know how that Lady Gaga CD is doing…

  74. Zap says:

    Drake bit the “supadupa” flow from Big Sean, then just about everybody else in the world bit it off of Drake, but seriously that shit should be dead by now anyway. Its like the new autotune- shitty “artists” dont know how to make their own songs, so they copy off of whats worked before, and now thanks to the downward spiral of cheap imitations the entire music community is about 10-20 IQ points dumber than when we started.
